Orange County Hills Burst into Color with Spring Wildflower Bloom

Orange County's hills bloom with wildflowers each spring, thanks to its Mediterranean climate.
This period from March to July, following winter rains, is perfect for observing the vibrant displays of poppies, lupines, and other flowers.
Flowers play a crucial role in ecosystems, serving as reproductive organs for plants and attracting specific pollinators like bees, butterflies, and birds, which ensure the survival of both plants and pollinators.
While enjoying the beauty of these wildflowers, visitors are encouraged to respect the environment by staying on trails and not picking the flowers, to preserve the natural habitat for future generations.
