Fast Hot Pot at University Center offers a speedy, build-your-own bowl experience with a variety of broths, noodles, and unique ingredients like cheese-striped rice cakes. It’s $15 per pound, averaging $18–$20 per bowl.

Over in Northpark, Moo-Moo Hot Pot delivers an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu feast. Their $37 menu includes 8 meat choices and a wide range of broths, while the $59 option upgrades to premium picks like wagyu brisket and abalone—plus unlimited sides and sauces.

Health Benefits of Mangoes: A Boost for Digestion, Immunity, and Skin Health

Mangoes are not only delicious but also packed with health benefits, making them a valuable addition to any diet.

  • This tropical fruit has been recognized for its digestive benefits, thanks to its enzymes, fiber, and hydration-boosting properties.

  • Mangoes also support red blood cell production due to their iron and vitamin C content, offering benefits for those with anemia or pregnant women.

  • Studies have linked their high antioxidant and beta carotene content to reduced cancer risks, especially breast, colon, and prostate cancers.

  • Plus, mangoes promote youthful skin by supporting collagen production through vitamins A and C.

  • Eaten in moderation, mangoes are a tasty and versatile way to boost overall wellness.

Warm Weather Tips to Keep Furry Friends Happy and Healthy

If your pet can’t join you inside, the safest place for them is at home where it’s cool and comfortable. Help keep furry friends safe and happy all season long. More tips at irvineanimals.org.
