Hiking Made Simple โ Tips to Get Started on the Trails

Hiking is one of the simplest and most rewarding ways to stay active, enjoy nature, and build fitness. Getting started doesnโt require special skillsโjust a few basics to keep your hikes safe, comfortable, and fun.
