Norovirus, a common stomach bug, is making the rounds, but staying healthy doesn’t have to be scary. Dr. Shruti Gohil from UCI Health recommends washing hands with soap and water, cleaning surfaces, and staying hydrated if symptoms like nausea, upset stomach, or aches appear. Most people recover in a few days, but avoiding food prep and disinfecting regularly can prevent the spread. With simple hygiene habits, you can keep yourself and others safe.

Transform your backyard into a lush, water-friendly paradise with these simple gardening tips from IRWD’s The Shed Show. Whether you’re looking to grow your own food or add some greenery, these ideas can help you create a sustainable and inviting outdoor space:

  • Grow Your Own Food: Start with easy options like herbs, vegetables, or a fruit tree to enhance your meals with fresh, homegrown flavors.
