Irvine Animal Care Center Celebrates 23 Pet Adoptions in One Week

The Irvine Animal Care Center celebrated another successful week, with 4 dogs and 19 cats adopted between July 6–12. During the same period, 2 dogs and 5 cats were transferred to rescue organizations, while 7 dogs and 2 cats were reunited with their owners.

UC Irvine Women's Tennis Earns Ninth Straight ITA All-Academic Team Honor

UC Irvine women's tennis was named an ITA All-Academic Team for the ninth consecutive year after earning a team GPA of at least 3.20 during the 2025–26 academic year. Ten Anteaters also received ITA Scholar-Athlete honors for maintaining a GPA of 3.50 or higher, highlighting the team's success both in the classroom and on the court.

Irvine Police Arrest Suspect in $1,000 Ulta Makeup Theft Investigation

Last month, Irvine Police investigated the theft of more than $1,000 worth of makeup from an Ulta store on Jamboree. Using surveillance footage, investigators identified and arrested Ashley Frost, 35, of Huntington Beach, who was booked into Orange County Jail on burglary charges.
