Heat Advisory in Effect - Hereโs What You Need to Know to Stay Safe
A Heat Advisory is in effect from noon today until 7 PM PDT Friday for San Bernardino, Riverside County Valleys, The Inland Empire, San Diego County Valleys, and Orange County Inland Areas, impacting cities like Riverside, San Bernardino, and Anaheim. Expect temperatures between 90 to 100 degrees, which may cause heat illnesses, especially during afternoon exertion. Nighttime lows in the 60s will slightly alleviate the daytime heat. A cooling trend is anticipated to start Saturday. It's advised to stay hydrated, remain in air-conditioned areas, avoid sun exposure, and ensure the safety of neighbors, relatives, pets, and children.
